Each District maintains a Weekly Status Sheet (or dashboard), including:
- Current workload and forecasted capacity
- Areas of specialty or preferred project types
- Team health indicators (burnout risk, team morale, availability of leads)
District Managers are responsible for keeping this up to date.
3. Criteria
- Expertise alignment (quality and speed)
- Availability (can they start on time?)
- Team development (does this project help them grow?)
- Client compatibility (industry, style, vibe)
4. Offer & Volunteering Round
