Scope

Integration of a CGI Wyvern character and a Knight in a long live-action shot with complex interactions between departments (Matchmove, Layout, Lookdev, Animation, FX simulations, Compositing)

1. Terminate a complex VFX shot, analyzing the team dynamics to improve managment procedures.
2. Operate like a real production with a clearly defined scope, flexible deadlines, and strict quality standards, to assess the strengths and limitations of both management and team members.
3. Formation of a “Clan”, a specialized team build and tested specifically for a deep vertical expertise requirement.
