How to Join the District Zero Network & Federation

Joining the District Zero Network:

• Join a project to get validated by at least one district menager or 5 senior members already in the network.
• Validation includes feedback on your reliability, teamwork, and deadline management, not just skills.
• These validations can also serve as referral letters for opportunities outside the network.

For VFX Trainee and creatives:

• Find a mentor node in the network who can guide you through pipelines and help you integrate as a freelancer.

For Seniors and mentors:

• If you're a mentor, you're likely driven to use your experience to support and guide Trainee in their creative journey.
• If you are a senior freelance, a solopreneur or a personal brand creator you're likely aiming to build a clan (team) with the long-term goal of forming a fully integrated District.

For Companies:

• You can request validation from 3 District Managers.

Joining the District Zero Federation:

• Only fully developed and validated Districts can become part of the Federation, contributing to strategic direction and large-scale projects.
