District Onboarding Process
Purpose
This process is designed to help talented individuals form strong, functional teams (Clans), evolve into an official District, and, if successful enough, become a fully independent company. District Zero facilitates this journey by providing legal support, connections, and resources while ensuring mutual benefit for all parties involved.
Phase 1: Clan Formation (Talents Aligning for Teamwork)
1.1 Criteria for Clan Formation
A Clan is a group of professionals with complementary skills who join forces to collaborate on projects. To qualify as a Clan within District Zero, the team must:
- Have at least three members with distinct yet complementary skill sets.
- Show early-stage collaboration through small-scale projects or test assignments.
- Align with District Zero’s values (balance, innovation, efficiency, and cooperation).
- Be open to mentorship and guidance from more experienced districts.
1.2 District Zero’s Support for Clans
- Legal Assistance: Guidance on forming contractual agreements, profit-sharing models, and operational structures.
- Resource Access: Basic infrastructure such as project management tools, software licenses, and training.
- Networking & Visibility: Introduction to existing districts for collaboration opportunities.
- Project Pipeline Access: Clans can be assigned small projects to test their ability to work as a team.
1.3 Clan Development Goals
- Develop a clear internal structure (roles, responsibilities, decision-making).
