District Onboarding Process

Purpose

This process is designed to help talented individuals form strong, functional teams (Clans), evolve into an official District, and, if successful enough, become a fully independent company. District Zero facilitates this journey by providing legal support, connections, and resources while ensuring mutual benefit for all parties involved.

Phase 1: Clan Formation (Talents Aligning for Teamwork)

1.1 Criteria for Clan Formation

A Clan is a group of professionals with complementary skills who join forces to collaborate on projects. To qualify as a Clan within District Zero, the team must:

Have at least three members with distinct yet complementary skill sets.
Show early-stage collaboration through small-scale projects or test assignments.
Align with District Zero’s values (balance, innovation, efficiency, and cooperation).
Be open to mentorship and guidance from more experienced districts.

1.2 District Zero’s Support for Clans

Legal Assistance: Guidance on forming contractual agreements, profit-sharing models, and operational structures.
Resource Access: Basic infrastructure such as project management tools, software licenses, and training.
Networking & Visibility: Introduction to existing districts for collaboration opportunities.
Project Pipeline Access: Clans can be assigned small projects to test their ability to work as a team.
